If you're one of our Business Address customers, you'll know that we check and file your business post. We send you a notification that it's arrived, with a photo of the item, and then weekly reminders for you to collect it (unless you want us to scan and forward its contents to you).

However if you collect the post yourself, we sometimes miss that it's been taken, and keep sending you annoying reminders! We try hard to keep on top of it, but to improve things we've set up a new system which makes it easy for you to notify us that you've collected your post.

You'll need our mobile app on your 'phone. If you don't already have it, it's called "Passport by Nexudus" and is available from both the Apple AppStore and Google Play. Once you've installed it, log in using your email address and password. It should stay logged in permanently.

On the wall next to the post folders is a new sign. This shows a QR code and a 'NFC Tap Here' symbol.

When collecting your post, make sure your phone is unlocked, and simply tap your phone on the 'NFC Tap Here' sign. Your phone should beep (or something), our app will open up, and you'll see a green 'Success!' popup message. This means you've notified us that you've collected all of your post items, and you won't receive any further reminders.

If your phone doesn't support NFC (Near Field Communications, the same tech that's used for mobile payments), then alternatively you can scan the QR code - this will also launch the app and register that you've collected your post.
