From this week, we've made some changes to how you can access Samespace, which will make things a little easier for you!
By now you should have been issued with a PIN, a six-digit number which is unique to you. You can now use this to unlock the front door, which could be useful if you've forgotten your pass (or you just prefer not to have to carry one).
Exiting the building is now more straightforward - you no longer need the pass, as you can simply wave your hand in front of the wall-mounted reader and this will unlock the door!
By the way, you're free to keep hold of your pass, but if you no longer want it then please return it so we can give it to someone else :)
Another change is that the WiFi now requires you to log in, albeit only once. The WiFi network is called "Samespace Members" and you log in using your email address (the one you registered here with) and your PIN. You should find that it will automatically connect in subsequent visits.
One benefit of this change is that it automatically checks you in, and so we can keep track of who is in the building and how many days you have left on your account.
We would still ask you to book in before arriving, as this means that we can ensure that there will always be someone around to assist you if needed.
We're looking forward to seeing you in your next visit!
